Bree Noble, an aspiring musician, is joined by Erich Andreas from Your Guitar Sage to discuss his incredible online career. Erich has over 700,000 people in his courses and has gained 150 million views on YouTube since 2006. Bree shares her origin story, starting with her love for music as a child and her passion for teaching guitar.
At 14, Bree started taking guitar lessons and eventually became a music business major. She attended music college and later moved to Nashville, where she pursued a Music Business major. Bree’s family has always been entrepreneurial, with everyone owning their own businesses. As she transitioned from college to the professional world, she realized that she was not having fun doing other corporate jobs.
In 2006, when YouTube became available, Bree had many one-on-one students, and she worked her way up to about 70 lessons a week. This was a great job, as it was good money and she loved working with people and seeing them improve each week. Bree believes that finding joy in everything she does is essential for her success in the music industry.
Erich’s journey began with her passion for music and her desire to help others. She started teaching guitar to her friends in high school and eventually moved to Nashville, where she became a Music Business major. Bree’s journey highlights the importance of finding joy in everything she does, even in the face of challenges and the competitive landscape in the music industry.
