  • is competitive and determined to succeed
  • is able to take calculated risks
  • is organized and consistent
  • has people skills and can build relationships

What to do if you’re lacking in these areas:

  • have a mentor
  • work with peers
  • ask for advice
  • take courses
  • outsource tasks (when you are able to)
